We offer the opportunity to work in a multicultural environment in Berlin, Germany as an
Analyst Group Strategy (m/f).

As a member of the Group Strategy team, the retained candidate will support the Group Strategy team in the whole spectrum of activities from gathering strategic information to strategic analysis, strategic planning and strategy implementation.

Key Accountabilities

* Creating and communicating strategy
* Implementing and following strategy
* Compiling and sharing industry intelligence
* Supporting the Office of the President
* Organizing networks

Qualifications

Ideally, candidates for this role will bring:
* A University Degree (Master's level preferred) in a relevant discipline
* One to four years' relevant work experience (strategy function and/or related industry and/or consultancy)
* Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Internet research and experience of Lotus Notes. MS
Project and programming skills (e.g. Visual Basic) a plus
* Strong written and oral communication and relationship skills as well as working with drive on complex issues
* Advanced analytical skills, including financial modeling
* Ability to create high-quality charts and presentations, high attention to detail and focus on high quality results delivered
on time
* Knowledge of the railway industry and/or project management environment including its Accounting peculiarities is
an asset
* Fluent English required. Fluency in German + French highly desired. Any other languages would be a
plus
* This role will require international travel
