TRAINEE Russian speaking business student for Danish trade council, Kazakhstan
Trainee in Central Asia
The Danish Trade Council in Almaty, Kazakhstan is offering a 6 - 8 months trainee position to a student of international business and economy.
We offer a possibility for:
• Learning how to apply theories and models on real internationalisation projects
• Gaining international experience and experience in diplomatic work / missions
• Understanding business opportunities in post soviet countries
• Visiting central Asia, and perhaps other parts of Asia
• Working as an equal with trade specialists and business consultants
• Professional development
Our requirements to the candidate are:
• Interest in post communist societies
• Russian speaking & Fluency in English
• Clear articulated idea on what to gain and learn from 6 months in Central Asia
A trainee position within the Ministry is NOT an employment within the Ministry but an educational process. The Ministry may compensate for some housing expenditures, but the candidate must see the internship as an investment.
The candidate shall accept to provide the needed information in order to pass the security clearance.
Interviews, in Russian and English, with candidates are scheduled for mid October. Start of the internship is scheduled for January 2010, or as soon as the security clearance is passed.
