Our Sales Operations team work closely with the Field Sales and Presales consultants in Portugal and fulfill the requirements in order to close and secure the growth of license Business. The Intern will report to the Sales Operations Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administrative sales support: approvals, credit check process, forecast, creation and closing of opportunities in the system, etc.
Tracking of the sales processes on the Oracle applications
Prepare and Business reports: revenue and pipeline graphics for the sales management and country leadership team
Update of the internal Oracle portal, in cooperation with the Iberia cluster webmaster.
Participate in tasks related with Iberia Sales Operations programs and initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Degree in Business, Finance or Economics
* Fluent in Portuguese and English
* Ability to adapt and learn quickly
* Good communication skills
* Team player
* Ability to multi task
