We are looking for a highly motivated Corporate Finance Intern (m/f) to support our team for a period of 3 – 6 months.Opportunity & Responsibilities

- Support the deal team in the execution of Corporate Finance projects as well as in marketing activities
- Prepare presentations and documentations and assist in due diligence activities
- Prepare industry studies & company profiles
- Work directly alongside senior Corporate Finance professionals and present the results of your work and ideas to them
- Participate in regular internal meetings
- Advanced in her/his studies of economics/ business administration with a strong academic track record
- Strong interest in Corporate Finance and Financial Markets
- Understanding of financial statement analysis; basic financial modelling and valuation skills
- Strong MS Office skills, in particular Excel
- Outstanding analytical and communication skills
- Fluency in both German and English is required
- Prior Investment Banking/Corporate Finance internship experience is a strong plus
