A growing fashion designer company, Maria Lazaso is currently looking for an intern to work for them in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The intern will get a great responsability over a majority of the organisations pre- sale process and marketing strategy.
INTERNSHIP COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENT ADMINISTRATOR IN FASHION
The person we are looking for is a business administration STUDENT with an high interest in fashion, to administrate the fashion designer’s comercial department. We offer a full time internship. The duration can be discussed.
Reconized as one of the most talented Argentina designer by the national press, we are currently developing our brand to an international level.
This offer includes the following tasks: taking strategic decisions with the team, financing and planificating the new collection, control the sales development, organizing participation to events such as fashion shows, but also helping the creative department in the basic tasks.
We need someone dynamic, organized, responsible, proactive and flexible in front of changes. This internship offers a lot of responsibilities, that’s why we need someone looking for a brand’s project to be involved in, able to move under pressure, and take decisions.
Main objectives:
- To supervise the company’s good organization
- To take charge of the national and international brand’s development
- To negociate with clients and factories in order to respect the deadlines.
- To plan the next collection.
Skills required:
- Studies or knowledge in business administration/development
- Spanish and English speaker
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer.
- Dynamic and able to evolve in a constant changing environment.
- Experience or desire to learn about the fashion business
- Work Permit/VISA or native Argentinian.
