To complete our dynamic Marketing department based in the Geneva European Corporate Head Office, we are looking for a Marketing Intern
Accountabilities/Action Steps
* Budget Control and administrative duties
* Creation of new vendors, raising, creation, reception of purchase orders and follow up of associated invoices queries, interfacing with Accounting Department to facilitate the processing of invoices: approvals, payment, and rebilling when necessary
* Project Management
* Independent handling of subprojects in the co-op activities programme across Europe for all brands under the supervision of Marketing Manager (e.g.: direct mailing, coop advertsing, windows, delivery of gifts for special promotions, etc)
* Administrative support on specific projects (e.g. seasonal specialty stores programmes, Wimbledon, annual sales meetings)
* Liaison with clients and suppliers
* Translation and/or check of text for advertising material
* Timely availability of seasonal market invites liaising with Production department
* Participation to some marketing events and activities, as needed
* Preparation of selling tools
* Press revue preparation
* Research for presentations
Required skills/Experience
* Bilingual French/English. Native english speaker preferred
* Computer literate : Strong Excel knowledge
* Organizational and strong analytical skills
* Multi-tasked
* Quick learner
* Good communication skills
Required minimal profile
