Your tasks will comprise, among others, company and industry analysis, markets and news screening and identification of potential business opportunities, support in preparation of company presentations, marketing and transaction documents, assistance in preparation of valuation and financial models.

Requirements
- Advanced students in Business Administration, Economics or related studies
- Interest in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance and Business Development (previous experience is an advantage)
- Hard working and eager to learn
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical skills, as well as research abilities
- Good command of MS-Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
- Native speakers of Norwegian, Swedish or Danish
- Fluent in English
