Business Environment description:
PSG Consumer EMEA Support Services organization is handling after sales services for HP home desktop and notebook PC (call support, unit repair support, accessory replacement, after sales extended services) over Western Europe, Eastern Europe, some Middle East countries and extension to new countries.
Organization is operating through a network of outsourced repair partners, outsourced call center, and outsourced parts suppliers, retailers dispatched over Europe and HP teams located in Grenoble, Amsterdam, Prague and Geneva.
Objectives of the organization are to provide best warranty cost, increase Total Customer Experience and develop margins for support services.
Job Description:
Working in our Project Management Office team, the business analyst main mission is to support a Project manager in reporting project metrics .
· Run and develop monthly reporting and ad hoc reports (volume of sales, revenue/cost consolidation, market analysis…)
· Develop and automate reporting tools
· Maintain accurate documentation of tolls and processes
· Lead and suggest business analysis during the different phases of the projects
Qualifications
Profile:
· Engineering or business administration or finance studies is a must
Skills:
· Ability to integrate a complex model of business and reporting tools
· Good knowledge of Access, Excel
· Rigorous and organized
· Communication efficiency
· Analytical and process mindset
· High level of autonomy
· Quality oriented
· Fluent in English, good French is a plus
