Covetique is an online marketplace and community, specialising in the re-sale of designer fashion. We are looking for a Fashion Intern to join us in advance of our launch. We are based in South West London.
If you have an online shopping addiction, consume fashion magazines like they are…..well, going out of fashion….and are obsessed with style, then this is probably up your street.
Your core responsibilities will include the following:
• Content management (product upload and editing)
• Pricing research
• Photographic assistance and styling
• Customer service
• Contributing to the website’s editorial in the form of blogs, newsletters and social media presence
Given the hands-on and dynamic nature of our business you may at times be required to support other areas, in particular the operations function (stock management, quality control and fulfillment).
We are a new, vibrant company with big ambitions. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fun and entrepreneurial environment where you will work closely with the founding team. We anticipate that the successful candidate will be able to grow his / her role and responsibilities as the business expands and evolves.
Key Requirements:
- Motivated by the start-up environment and being part of a team seeking to change the face of online fashion
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks, and work effectively under pressure in a constantly evolving environment
- Active online and social media user; having your own blog and twitter following is a plus
- Previous experience in a fashion related role is preferable
- A good degree from a good university is desirable
This is a paid 6-month internship with the potential for an outstanding performer to convert it into a permanent role.
