The intern will support within 3 areas; Strategy and planning, Analytics and Execution and Strategy and planning
Responsibilities:
* Together with the rest of the Business Development team create a customer experience in line with the company's strategy Analytics
* Support the Business Development team with Customer, Partnership and Industry analytics to provide insights and recommendations for improvements
* Carry out qualitative and quantitative buying, selling and visitor behavior analytics on Tradera in order to determine the right customer experience activities to achieve business objectives
* Participation in prioritizing of product improvements
Execution
* Work with Marketing, Tech and Customer Support teams in delivering activities that improve the customer experience with a clear articulation of target groups, objectives and metrics
Job Requirements
* Significant quantitative course work such as Statistics, Economics and Business
* Demonstrated track record as a top performer
* Demonstrated skills in problem solving, fact-based analysis, synthesis and prioritization, presentation and social intelligence
* Stong attention to detail with the discipline to check own work throughout the process to ensure accurate results
* Solid experience and skills in using MS Office and data analysis tools
* Strong written and oral communication skills
Education Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
