INTERNSHIP in New York, U.S for an IT-startup community for Entrepreneurs and Innovators

FoundersCard, targeting innovators and entrepreneurs are looking this winter (2011-2012) for a diverse team of qualified interns to join our exciting and fast-paced company. The ideal candidates will be willing to contribute to every part of the business but will also have a specific area of interest/experience:
- Business Development
- Marketing, Design
- PR
- Social Media
- Member Experiences
- Web Development
- Hotel/tourism
- Finance
that they will make a focal point of their internship experience. Interested candidates should be able to articulate their capabilities and be able and willing to commit to a regular schedule of 20-40 hours per week in our New York office (and the rights to work in USA, we cannot assist on work visa).

Interns receive a travel or lunch stipend and may earn college credit as well as receiving access to excellent perks and learning/growth opportunities.

• High attention to detail
• Well-organized and able to balance multiple concepts simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Self-motivated and committed to growth and learning

Sample of projects/duties (varies by Team):

• Social media/PR outreach management (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn account management, press kit preparation/management, publication outreach, etc.)
• Production of marketing materials
• Member Experience assistance
• Research regarding potential partnership opportunities
• Assistance in coordination and execution of networking events
