As a Summer Intern at Klarna, you will be given your own project which cover areas not included in daily operations. We view interns as internal consultants who are given responsibility equal to a new employee. When you start you'll be assigned an actual project and the results will be incorporated into the core operations of the company. This will be a demanding assignment, but at the same time you will learn a great deal and have fun while doing it. We will also arrange social activities where you get the chance to network with your fellow interns and other employees at Klarna. After the summer you will have broad network of contacts within the organization and a summer experience beyond the ordinary. Klarnas Summer Internship lasts for eight to ten weeks during the summer.
For the summer 2012 we have interesting and challenging projects at the following departments:
- Finance
- Marketing
- Risk
- Customer Service
Who are you?
We are looking for you who have completed at least three years of university studies either in engineering or business with strong academic results. To manage the assignments at Klarna you need to be methodical and a structured problem-solver who sees every “bump on the road” as a challenge. You are also driven, self-motivated and humble. You speak and write English fluently and knowledge in any other major European language is a strong merit.
