Your tasks may include the following:
- Assisting the local Handling Management Department Assistance with the preparation of reports, presentations, monitoring, and minutes
- Support in conference calls and Handling meetings
- Handling support and customer care for example daily business, ad hoc requests and creating special reports Daily and monthly performance monitoring and reporting of our local Handling supplier
- Assistance to the customer service department
- Support the Sales and Marketing Management Team in day to day activities
- Assistance to special projects
- Support of a structured approach to marketing projects, actions and events Assistance in preparation of external communication material
Your profile
- At the date of the internship you have completed the 2nd semester in Business Administration with focus on Logistics or Marketing
- You have completed your basic studies
- You have the ability to pick up new concepts quickly
- You already gained practical experience during other relevant internships
- You are familiar and savvy in the use of all standard office software
- Excellent English language skills (speaking and writing)
- You are committed and able to concentrate and target driven
- You are a professional and mature team player with very good social skills
