Internship Position in Hong Kong at Scandinavia's Biggest Toy Retailer
Are you ready to experience globalization in the bustling city of Hong Kong working on and contributing to an array of tasks ranging from sustainability, such as ensuring compliance with labour and environmental standards and reducing the company’s carbon footprint, to aligning HR and communication policies and initiatives on a global basis?

We are looking for an intern to assist the Group Sustainability and HR/Communication Manager on a variety of tasks at the TOP-TOY Hong Kong sourcing office in the heart of Hong Kong metropolis. The internship will provide you with an opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in a real life setting, in-depth understanding of global issues, and cross-cultural work experience.

The internship will take place from the 1st of September until the 1st of November, or longer if possible.

Work
Examples of tasks include:
• Participating at meetings and giving feedback
• Producing internal information material to be used in working with sustainability
• Working in cross-functional teams to coordinate strategies
• Updating, reviewing, and internal documents to ensure global alignment
• Producing Power Point Presentations to be used in company presentations and meetings
• Working on individual research projects

Qualifications
• High level of written and oral English and Danish proficiency
• Completed minimum second year of undergraduate studies
• A background within business studies
• Previous job experience is preferred, but not required
• Independent, dynamic, and open-minded personality

TOP-TOY Hong Kong will help arrange for a work permit and visa and provide information on different options of local accommodation.

The internship is without remuneration, but TOP-TOY Hong Kong will provide you with 5,000 DKK per month to cover transport, accommodation, and food expenses. Furthermore, certain studies allow credit transfers from internships. If this is the case, you will be able to get SU during your internship.
