INTERNSHIP bilingual french/german intern for DTZ in Frankfurt and Paris

DTZ Asset Management is looking for 2 German / French bilingual Interns respectively based in Paris and Frankfurt As part of the Strategic Asset Management function in charge of delivering the agreed business plans, of managing the assets and of reporting to investors on asset management progress.

During a proposed time of 6-12 months, you will :
- Coordinate third parties service providers to implement the Strategy retained at acquisition (Legal and Tax Lawyers, Brokers, Architects, Technical Surveyors, Developers)
- Help, establish and maintain relations with tenants, - Update Discounted Cash Flow Models,
- Manage Properties Treasury,
- Prepare the production of the monthly reporting package,
- Participate in the preparation of the properties ‘disposal at the end of the value creation cycle.

DESIRED PROFILE
- Strong academic credentials required (top business school, ideally offering exchange programs within Germany and France),
- Bilingual in German and French and fluency in English,
- Highly independent,
- Strong interpersonal skills to deal with clients and work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment,
- Strong IT and Financial skills,
- These two positions require international mobility,
- Location: Paris / Frankfurt.
