The Sales team at Stella McCartney is looking for an intern. This position, although unpaid, will give you the opportunity to assist in all areas of the business (retail, wholesale and e-commerce business). We're looking for someone who's hardworking, detail oriented, intelligent, and eager to learn all the ins and outs of fashion sales/merchandising - and someone who will compliment our very small team. We would preferably be looking for someone with previous internship experience but would consider all applicants. We need someone to start as soon as possible, to assist with market week in January, and work 3 full days a week through the Spring.
Some main responsibilities include:
- Checking and confirming client orders for Spring and Summer Collections
- Coordinating samples for trunk shows/ad shoots
- Weekly additions to press packets for wholesale/specialty store accounts
- Sending product information (lookbooks etc.) to retailers
- Issuing return authorizations for damaged items
- Completing style reorders for wholesale accounts /specialty stores
- Handling customer service inquiries and follow-up with e-commerce customers
- Assisting with special events and trunk shows
