As a result of ongoing success, my-wardrobe.com, a market leading online fashion retailer, is looking for intern placements within our Marketing team. Having a fast turnaround, we require applicants to have a ‘can do, will do’ attitude.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Receive post and hand out to office
• Assist in the arrival and return of samples between Nottingham and London
• Any admin projects given by the Marketing team (for example, updating database)
• Support the Marketing team’s social media and digital efforts – be proactively involved on Twitter and Facebook as well as maintaining blogger relationships
• Assist and support in social media communications & events both in and out of the London offices as required
• Any other ad-hoc tasks around the office
Attributes Required:
• Due to our expanding international customer base we especially welcome applicants who are fluent/ native speakers in any of the following languages: French/ German/ Danish/ Swedish
• Candidates should be motivated and enthusiastic
• Confident with excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Proactive with an ability to show initiative
• Excellent organisational skills and capable within an office
• A demonstrable interest in fashion
• Work well within a busy office environment
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
Duration: Long term (minimum of 1 month, maximum of 3 months)
Expenses: Travel only will be paid
Start Date: ASAP
Role to Include: Assisting with administration for the marketing team
