INTERNSHIP in Milan, Italy for DHL in Finance/Controlling

For our DHL Supply Chain office in Milan, Italy, we are looking for 3 to 6 months’ Interns (m/f) for the topic 'Finance/Controlling'.

You will work in one of the departments

* Accounting (e.g. group financial statements, internal financial services)
* Accounts Receivables (billing, credit collection)
* Controlling (e.g. strategic, business or subsidiary controlling)

Your tasks may include

* Drive and support business and market analyses
* Support the creation of management presentations
* Cost analyses, e.g. energy costs, transportation costs, travel expenses
* Various administrative tasks to support the team
* In addition: support external and internal reporting processes or perform financial analyses
* Furthermore: manage certain own projects or support current projects
* As a fully integrated team member, work closely together with the Controlling team and with the CFO to support him in general functions, getting to know our daily business at DHL Supply Chain Italy)

Your Qualifications

* Economics studies (advanced or degree) with a focus on finance, controlling, accounting (especially IFRS) and/or auditing
* Practical or international/intercultural experience (e.g. former internships or a semester abroad)
* Very good MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint, Excel)
* Fluent Italian and English, good communication skills
* Strong analytical, administrative and organizational skills
* Able to deliver under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Great team player
* Open-minded, flexible and independent worker)
