The PayPass Product Management team of our European Headquarters, based in Waterloo, is looking for a m/f Intern in PayPass Product Management.

Scope of the project :

Support the commercialization of the innovative product PayPass by creating a central repository of sales and implementation material on the MasterCard internal web-page Exchange. The Exchange is a management tool that brings together expertise and strategic insights from across MasterCard in support of customer needs. The intern will interact with various departments at MasterCard to create a process that will ensure that the sales and implementation materials are available to all internal & external stakeholders and that they are regularly updated.

This internship project will help streamline how MasterCard manages its marketing/ communcation/ implementation information related to PayPass. The result of the project should have a strong positive impact on relationships with Customer Delivery and the Product Sales/Country Managers.

Tasks :

- Become familiar with the global and European PayPass sales, marketing and implementation materials
- Make recommendations to improve existing materials
- Review and analyze the suitability of the MasterCard Exchange
- Create an easy to navigate sub-site on the Exchange of material specifically for MasterCard Europe

Deliverables :

- A sub-site on the MasterCard Exchange populated with all the material in an easy to use fashion
- A training session with the PayPass team on how to use the new site


Ideal Profile:

- Prior office experience
- Self starter is very important
- Analytical
- Good PC skills, willingness to learn new ones, if needed
- Fluent English, Good command of French is a +
- Curious and willing to ask a lot of questions


Duration of the internship:

3 to 6 months
