INTERNSHIP in Brussels, Belgium for IBM as Marketing and Communications intern


Job description
As an intern you will become a member of ibm.com. Ibm.com is the department within IBM which main objective is the sales towards a large part of the IBM clients via telephone and the web.
Within ibm.com, we perform a large number of tasks in support of the sales population, the management team and the ibm.com web team. Moreover we assure the department runs smoothly and in compliance with the IBM rules.

As an intern you will:
- Do reporting on sales productivity, follow-up on customer satisfaction metrics, educate and help users with our CRM application Siebel, and implementation and education of new tools.
- Gain great insight in the way IBM works and get a taste of a lot of tasks performed by sales, sales support and the web team within IBM.

Candidate Requirements:
The internship has to be part of your studies and is mandatory to obtain your diploma. The internship period should last for a minimum of 6 months.
Due to Belgian legislation you need to be a EU citizen or if not, you have to study today in Belgium.
The ideal candidate is a university/high school student in economics or IT or any other area with a high interest in human behavior, technology and working with numbers.
No previous work experience is required. Good PC and Microsoft Office skills are a must.
Please note that this is an unpaid internship. However, the intern will receive an Internship Allowance.

Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- English: Fluent
- French: Basic knowledge
- Dutch: Basic knowledge

Students are employees hired for a pre-professional/professional assignment while enrolled at a university/educational institution or just after completion of qualification and work for IBM as a required part of their academic program or work during vacation, breaks, and/or holiday periods or as a placement year, for example, co-ops and interns.
