The primary responsibility for this role in the U.K entails managing the localisation process and supporting tools and providing general support for the Merchandising Team.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Playing a critical role in the localization of copy for campaigns and asset kits for all communications. You will partner closely with the traffic manager, the localization agencies and the merchandising team members to understand localization needs. You will manage the process end-to-end to established deadlines.
• Learning the structure of Apple Sales Web and partner closely with the ASW team to ensure that all Asset Kits are correctly posted and that key-stakeholders are aware when new assets are available.
• Helping with general support for the Merchandising Team and will manage the Holiday Planner, Meetings, and Weekly Reports etc.
• Having the opportunity to support the roll out of EMEA fixture programs that may include site visits, installation visits, and vendor co-ordination etc.
• Helping to plan and manage the quarterly merchandising photo-shoot and quarterly merchandising executive summary.
• Helping to coordinate the delivery and localisation of all Motion Graphic assets to retail and channel.
• You may be required to manage small budget items and to raise Purchase Orders according to company policy.
The ideal candidate will have recently graduated with a marketing qualification and will have had work experience in a related position and industry.
This position requires a detail oriented team player with exceptional organisational skills.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated and flexible. You should be process driven but able to deal with rapid change in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
