Wordans.com is an e-commerce business growing in speed and are currently looking for a full time Sales Intern who will report to the Sales Manager. The focus for this position is to create demand for the online sales by providing quotes to customers by email, also providing them more information over the phone, or even by email. Reporting to the Vice-President of Marketing the Sales Representative is responsible for: · Identifying and influencing new and currently customers. · Convincing customers to order even more products. This is accomplished through the presentations of the benefits of our products.

Job Requirements
The minimum requirements for this position is that candidates must be fluent in French and in English written and spoken. Qualified candidates must be seasoned sales professionals.Candidates with sales experience and a strong knowledge of selling manufacture products are preferred.

Location: Montreal, QC
Duration/Availability: at least for 40 weeks 
Salary: Salary + Commission

INTERNSHIP in Montreal, Canada as an Airports consulting intern

IATA (International Air transport Association) represents around 230 airlines and is comprising about 93% of scheduled internationally airborn traffic. The organization also services the airline industry in general.


Task description
The intern will reporting to the Director and learn more about Consulting, Airports Consulting, will participate in the consulting activities of the Airport Consulting Team.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis studies;
  • Help the IATA Consulting team deliver projects in a timely manner;
  • Support the consulting team in business development and proposal preparation;
  • Manage the consultancy database;
  • Prepare new product development reports;
  • Manage the secured revenue and pipeline report.

Qualifications and Skills
  • University Degree, graduate in Finance, Economics or Business Administration (particularly Air Transportation) within one year of graduation;
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills;
  • Experience in research projects;
  • Be an effective team player in a multicultural working environment;
  • Experience in the air transport industry would be an asset;
  • Excellent PC skills, particularity with MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and MS Project;
  • Proficient in English; Knowledge in any other language such as French, Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic, etc. is an asset.

Qualifications

- M.Sc. or MBA (management, HR, finance) is an asset
- Ideally, a mix of quantitative (finance/economics) and qualitative (HR / industrial relations) education and/or experience
- Bilingual (French/English, spoken and written)
- Solid understanding of business strategy, human resource strategy, finance and business statistics
- Ability to understand client business issues and to structure research and analysis to support the development of client solutions
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong organization and workflow management capabilities
- Ability to work in teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and financial/business modeling is an asset
